This site is provided as a beta test site.

All efforts will be made to ensure the integrity and availability of any data entered into the site. However, due to current status of the system we do not accept any liability with the use of this site or the data entered into it.
This site offers no other functionality other than what is available to the users via the menus.
There is no facility to insert or extract data other than via the functionality available to the users via the menus.
Access to the site via the internet is not within our control and therefore we cannot be held responsible if a user .
The infrastructure on which the system is available is provided by a third party who we work with to ensure the best possible availability and will provide updates of any issues or required maintenance windows.
The website is hosted by a third party.
Backups are provided by the hosting party.
This site belongs to and remains under the control of its owners.
The owners will determine at their own discretion:
- when the site will and will not be available.
- what functionality will be available
- when the site will be closed.
- when the site will be removed.

This site is written to work on the latest versions of web browsers. While all efforts will be made to provide a working solution on the various web browsers and the various devices available no commitment can be made.
Messages sent to the site administrator via the site 'Message Us' and 'Contact Us' functionality will be answered as soon as possible. No timescale can be provided.

Remember this is the internet and as such is open to abuse and illegal activity by individuals and parties around the world.

All possible attempts will be made to ensure the security of the site and accounts within the site.

If an account is not activated 30 days after registration then it will be removed.
An account will be deemed to have expired if it there has been no successful login for 90 days. Contact will be made to the email address we have on the system. 90 days after expiration the account will be removed.
An account may be blocked:
- if there have been a number of unsuccessful attempts to login.
- misuse of the functionality including the 'Contact Us' option.
Where the owners believe there is misuse contact will be made to the email address we have on the system in order to inform/resolve the issues. The owners retain all rights in determining misuse.
